document contains information about the activities of "MAY SNOWDROP" and the general conditions for
use of the services provided by "MY SNOWDROPE", settling the relations
between us and each of our users.

Confirmation of the General Terms and Conditions is also required
mandatory condition for the conclusion of the contract between the User and "MAY SNOWDROPE".

I. SERVICES PROVIDED

Art. 1 The services provided by "MAY SNOWDROPE" to the User,
represent information society services within the meaning of the Law on
e-commerce.

opportunity to conclude contracts for sale and delivery of the offered
from "MY SNOWDROPE" goods.

II. IDENTIFICATION AND
REGISTRATION. PERSONAL DATA

Art. 3 (1) "MY SNOWDROPE" identifies

(3) When filling in the application for registration
The user is obliged to provide complete and accurate identity data
(for individuals), legal status (for legal entities) and others
required by the electronic form of "MY SNOWDROPE" data, as well as to them
updated within 7 (seven) days of their change. The user declares
that it agrees to provide the personal data so requested, ensuring that
that the information provided during the registration process is true, complete and accurate
and will change them in a timely manner if they change. In case of

immediately and without notice the provision of services as well as maintenance
of the User's registration.

Art. 7 (1) Upon registration, the User receives and / or creates a unique username and password for
access to the services available through the MAY SNOWDROPE website.

(2) The username with which the User is

(3) The registrar in his capacity as a representative of
a legal entity is obliged to enter its full name and address, resp. the name

for loyalty granted individually, on a random basis or as a result of
participation in a competition or customer survey).

V. PAYMENT

Art. 14

VI. DELIVERY

Art. 18 (1) The delivery of the ordered goods is carried out by courier to the courier office or delivery address specified by the User in the territory of Bulgaria and any other country to which it is possible to place an order in the "MAY SNOWDROP" store. Delivery is at the expense of the User, unless the contrary is expressly indicated to https://mysnowdrop.com/.

– The countries to which delivery is made are: Greece, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Croatia, Hungary, Poland, Czech Republic.

- Delivery is at the expense of "MAY SNOWDROP" for orders over BGN 150 for delivery on the territory of Bulgaria or 89 euros for any other country to which deliveries are made

SNOW DROP ”does not wear
liability for non-execution of an order in cases where the User is
indicated incorrect, incomplete and / or inaccurate personal data, including when it is
indicated an incomplete, inaccurate or fictitious address or telephone number.

Art. 19 Delivery is made within 5 working days after the order is placed. In exceptional circumstances, "MAY SNOWDROP" reserves the right to extend the delivery period, promptly informing the User thereof.

Art. 20 Ordered goods are delivered against a signature, such as
larger shipments (at the discretion of the courier) are delivered to the entrance of the building.

Art. 21 The consumer is obliged to inspect the goods at the time of
its delivery and to notify immediately in case of discrepancies, omissions and

objections.

Art. 22 (1) When performing international deliveries, applicable
are the rules for delivery and receipt of shipments to the respective national
postal service as well as the relevant national legislation of

"MY SNOWDROPE"
reserves the right to change the available methods of delivery and payment and / or

VII. WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT AND
REPLACEMENT

Art. 25 The user does not have the right to withdraw from the contract, if the subject of the contract is for the delivery of goods made to the order of the user or in accordance with his individual requirements;

Art. 26 "MAY SNOWDROP" reimburses the User the price he paid for the returned goods.

VIII. COMPLAINT

Art. 27
(1) The consumer has the right to claim for any discrepancy of the goods with the agreed / ordered,
when, after delivery, non-conformities with the contract of sale were found.

Art. 28
The consumer cannot dispute the non - conformity of the consumer product with
the contract for its sale, when at the conclusion of the contract he knew or did not
he may not have known of the discrepancy;

Art. 29
(1) Upon filing a claim for goods, the consumer may claim for
refund of the amount paid to replace the goods with another,
corresponding to the agreed or for a deduction from the price.

(2)

by, the specified email, by mail or submitted to the address of the company.

(3)
When filing a complaint, the user indicates the subject of the complaint,
his preferred way of satisfying the claim, respectively

2. protocols, acts or
   other documents establishing the non - conformity of the goods or services with
   the agreed;

Art. 30 (1) “MAY SNOWDROP” shall maintain a register of the filed claims. On

When "MY SNOWDROPE" satisfies the complaint, it issues an act for

of the User.

Art. 31
(1) "MY SNOWDROPE" at
reasonable claim brings the goods in accordance with the contract of sale in
within one month from the filing of the complaint by the User.

(2) If
the goods have not been repaired after the expiration of the term under the previous paragraph,
The consumer has the right to terminate the contract and be refunded
the amount paid or to demand a reduction in the price of the consumer good
according to art. 114 of the CPA.

(3)
Bringing the consumer goods in line with the sales contract is
free for the User. It does not owe shipping costs

Art. 32 (1) In case of discrepancy
of the consumer goods with the contract of sale and when the Consumer is not

   at the price.

(2)
The user cannot claim a refund or for
reducing the price of the goods when the trader agrees to be carried out

one month from the filing of the complaint by the user.

IX. ONE-SIDED
TERMINATION

generally accepted moral norms.

X. INTELLECTUAL
PROPERTY

Art. 34
(1) Intellectual property rights over all materials and resources,
located on the MY SNOWDROPE website (including available databases),
are subject to protection under the Copyright and Related Rights Act, belong
on "MY SNOWDROPE" or on
respectively the indicated person, who has transferred the right to use “MAY SNOWDROP”, and
may not be used in violation of applicable law.

(2) At
copying or reproducing information outside the permissible, as well as when
any other infringement of intellectual property rights over resources
of "MAY SNOWDROP", "MAY SNOWDROP" has
the right to claim compensation also for the direct and indirect damages suffered in

XI. TERMINATION AND
CANCELLATION OF CONTRACT

Art. 36 (1) Except in the cases provided in the present
General terms and conditions, the contract between the parties is terminated upon termination of
the activity of "MY SNOWDROPE" or termination of the maintenance of its website.

Art. 37 Apart from the above cases, each of
the parties may terminate this contract by giving one week
notice to the other party in case of non - compliance with the obligations under
contract.

DISPUTES

Art. 40 Users can use the European

from one month from the receipt of the notification under the previous paragraph.

(3) In case the User does not exercise his right to
withdraw from the contract in the manner prescribed in these general terms and conditions, it is considered that
the amendment is accepted by the User without objections.

APPLICABLE LAW

Art. 43 For all not settled by these General Terms and Conditions
The provisions of the current legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria shall apply.
