- Where do you ship to?
We ship to Czech Republic (CZE), Poland (PL), Hungary (HU), Romania (RO), Croatia (HR), Greece (GR), Slovakia (SK), Slovenia (SI), Bulgaria (BG)
- How long does it take for a parcel to arrive?
It depends on the time of the year but on average we see parcels arriving for 2 working days.
- What if I want to buy and I want my delivery to another country?
Please contact us, so we can share a rate for your delivery based on your request.
- How much does shipping cost?
We have a fixed rate for 5,90 eur for shipping.
- Do you have free shipping as well?
Yes! Any order with a value over 89 eur is shipped for free.

- How can I pay?
At My snowdrop you can pay via PayPal (from any country that we deliver to, outside of Bulgaria) and via Credit card.
- What if I want to return my order?
No worries! You can do that up to 90 days after you have received it and get a refund!
About My snowdrop
- Where are you from?
We come from the beautiful city of Veliko Tarnovo in Bulgaria, and this is where the magical journey called My snowdrop started.
- Can I visit you / Do you have a physical store?

- How do you select the brands you list?
We are looking for brands that touch our hearts and stand out. We are quite picky before introducing anything new at My snowdrop. Second in our criteria comes the surprising factor - we seek to bring in brands that are new to our regions.
- I am an influencer and like your shop, do you work with influencers?
